Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was conveniently located in Tuam, perfect for me with central access to bars, restaurants, and nearby attractions. The rooms, though smaller than expected, featured big bay windows at the front, offering a unique view. However, they were too hot and stuffy at times. The service was fantastic and professional, especially for a large group gathering. The dining experience, serving a full Irish breakfast with a variety of options, was lovely. The location was ideal for leisure and entertainment, thanks to activities like the fantastic show by David Raye and his team. While the lack of atmosphere in the dining area was a bit disappointing, the overall stay was good value for money.
The hotel is an ideal spot to explore the town and enjoy nearby restaurants. The rooms are in need of upgrading and limited in amenities but the staff are friendly. The location is convenient for first-time visitors. The dining experience lacks variety but offers something for everyone.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel in Tralee. The rooms were comfortable and the staff was friendly, making it great value for money. The leisure center was a plus, although the heat from the next room at night was a minor issue.
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were spacious, warm, and had a lovely view of the park. The staff was polite and the location was very central, just a short walk to town. However, the rooms felt a bit outdated and lacked enough space to change comfortably.
